Ms Berejiklian is due on Monday to continue giving evidence for a second day in this new round of hearings, having been grilled about her secret relationship with former Wagga MP Daryl Maguire on Friday.
During Friday's hearing, Ms Berejiklian said Mr Maguire was in her "love circle" but the relationship was not sufficient to declare as a potential conflict of interest.
ICAC was also played intercepted phone calls in which Ms Berejiklian told Mr Maguire she had changed the NSW budget to include $170 million for Wagga's hospital upgrade.
Ms Berejiklian has denied any wrongdoing, saying that she acted with integrity at all times.
