Clubs from across the region have supported the plan to play finals if community sport is allowed to go ahead.
Premier Division, Namoi League and Tamworth competition clubs have all agreed to plan to play the finals series in September.
If the lockdown is extended past September 10, there will be no finals series and the season will conclude.
If the NSW Government allows community sport to resume, Northern Inland clubs will have a week to return to training and prepare for semi-finals to be held on September 17 and 18.
The grand finals will then be held the following week on September 24 and 25.
Tamworth MiniRoos (5-11yrs) will also play their final round of matches on September 11 to give the players one last opportunity for winter football.
The various MiniRoos run by clubs will have committee meetings this week to determine whether they plan to play if lockdown is lifted or call their seasons now.
