The Gunnedah boxer has made the trip to Newcastle where he will fight O'Meley on the Tim Tszyu-Stevie Spark fight card.
Speaking with Australian Community Media after Tuesday's weigh-in, David Syphers, who trains Ryan at Black N Blue Boxing in Gunnedah, said the fighter was taking it easy before the bout.
"All weighed in and ready to go," Syphers said of Ryan who came in a 69.34kgs at the weigh-in.
"We've trained hard for this fight and he's just winding back now, relaxing and getting ready for tomorrow [Wednesday] night."
Ryan will put his International Boxing Organisation Super Welterweight title on the line in the bout.
He will have plenty of support as well with "close to 30 people" from Gunnedah heading to Newcastle to cheer the boxer on.
As always, Syphers will be ringside too and the trainer said he was pleased with the progress Ryan has made over his last few fights.
"He should show his improvement tomorrow [Wednesday] night," Syphers said.
The Gunnedah boxer has strung together two wins on the trot now.
Ryan's last fight was a TKO victory over Koen Mazoudier and the one before that was a split decision win over O'Meley.
The fights will be shown on Main Event with the coverage to start at 7pm.
