A MAN had a lucky escape at Breeza on Thursday morning after only suffering minor injuries in a truck rollover.

The accident occurred at around 6am and required a joint effort between ambulance crews, police, Fire and Rescue NSW and the Piallaway and Curlewis rural fire brigades to deal with the situation.
Ambulance crews assessed a man, believed to be in his 30s, upon arrival and then took him to the Quirindi hospital.
He was treated for an injury which he sustained to his shoulder, and also suffered a number of minor injuries

The rollover took place about 800 metres north of Breeza on the Kamilaroi Highway.
The accident forced a road closure, with lanes being closed in each direction.
Traffic opened shortly after, with emergency services crews having worked hard to clean up the site.
