Five bowlers from Zone 3 have been selected to trial in the State Junior Selection Series.
West Tamworth's Lucy Hooker, Manilla's Tarnee Ingram, Gunnedah's Tim Thorning along with Shania and Tori Bell from Inverell have all been selected for the series.

The State Junior Selection Series will be held in conjunction with the Bowls NSW & Women's Bowls NSW State Selection Series, where Bowls NSW will have open, O60, U25 and O40 trials whilst Women's Bowls NSW will be having open and U25 trials.
The matches will be played at Cabramatta Bowling Club on June 26-27.
Following this selection series, a side consisting of eight boys and eight girls will be selected to represent NSW in the annual Interstate Series against Queensland to be played in Queensland on August 7-8.
