The Gunnedah fighters are recovering after winning their respective professional bouts at the "Bad Intentions 6" fight night at Gunnedah Town Hall but they both already have their next fights locked in.
They will fight in Sydney on July 17 after Prest beat Katie Mitchell by unanimous decision while Nolan moved his professional record to 2-0-0 after he claimed a split decision victory over Lee Fook on Saturday.
"They were tentatively booked in [before Saturday] but now they're definitely locked in," Black 'n' Blue Boxing trainer David Syphers said.
"They're going to have a week off and then start back into a bit of fitness again."
Syphers said Saturday was "probably the biggest show we've had" in Gunnedah with a strong local presence across the card.
It was a special night for Prest who finally made her pro debut after the COVID-19 pandemic continually served as a barrier to prevent it from happening.
"Enja went very well for her first pro fight - she's a very strong girl," Syphers said.
"She's got a couple bumps and bruises but she's strong and she pulled up well."

"Albert was a bit rusty but he still won, he's had three years off so he's just coming back," Syphers said.
"It could have went either way - it was a close fight.
"He needs ring time. We'll get him a couple more fights, a couple months of training and he should be right.
"He had a knee injury and lost a bit of interest but now he seems to have the hunger back."
The Gunnedah presence flowed right through the card on Saturday with "some good performances in the amateurs", Syphers said.
"Mace Eveleigh had a devastating win, he had a very good win - he's strong and Keegan Loughrey had a really good win. Both won by stoppage - TKO," he said.
"Jackson Brookman, for his first fight, had a very good win as well and then we had ex-Australian champion Brendan Davey - he had a rematch with a bloke that beat him in Sydney and Brendan beat him."
Syphers also mentioned Wade Ryan may be fighting again in July but that is still to be confirmed.
