There will be a variety of delicious food and dessert stalls, music and various jumping castles for the kids to enjoy.
The mobile food stalls event has been travelling around regional NSW, and will stop at Gunnedah Showground on Thursday, March 11.
Event manager Anna Ellis said foods will include a range of styles with anything from American-style barbecue, Thai, South American and Turkish food all on offer.
"There will be anything from gozleme, Thai-style food, deep fried oreos and a whole different range of desserts," she said.
"We've got some kids entertainment such as jumping castles, a mechanical bull, fairy floss, snow cones and a slide as well.
"We had such a great turnout at the last Gunnedah Foodies Night Markets which is why we're coming back," she added.

The event will run from 4pm to 8pm at the Gunnedah Showground on Thursday, March 11. Entry fee is $2.
The Foodies Night Markets are proud supporters of Rural Aid with part of the $2 entry fee donated to the charity.
Each person is encouraged to bring their own chair or picnic rug and practice safe social distancing.
