The announcement comes more than four years after WEG pulled their major sponsorship following the 2016 grand final which was marred by send-offs for unruly behaviour.
The WEG board met last week to discuss the sponsorship before Group 4 chairman Terry Psarakis and WEG chief executive Rod Laing made the announcement on Tuesday.
"Having them [WEG] as our major sponsor is great for us," Psarakis said.
"They are, and have been, an intrinsic part of football in Tamworth and Group 4."

Laing was equally excited about the renewed partnership.
"The board's very honoured and proud to partner up with Group 4 for the 2021 season," he said.
"We congratulate Group 4 on what was a very difficult year last year with rugby league and, of course, only having the WEG 9s but we know how successful that was."
That success is set to continue with the return of the WEG 9s which will be played after the 2021 Group 4 season finishes.
The season is set to kick off on May 1 with the grand final to be played on September 12.
The WEG 9s will then be played over four Saturdays from October 9 to October 30.
The addition of a women's competition to the WEG 9s is also set to be discussed when Group 4 holds a general meeting with clubs this weekend.
A women's tournament - which would likely see clubs enter teams opposed to having a draft process like the men - could see the 9s spread over two days.
"Friday evening has been mentioned, under lights, as an opportunity for that," Psarakis said of the potential women's WEG 9s tournament.
A draw is set to be released for the 2021 Group 4 season following Sunday's general meeting.
The competition is looking like being made up of eight first grade teams, 10 reserve grade and league tag sides and eight under 18s teams.
Another topic to be discussed at the meeting is the grand final which is usually hosted by the first team into the first grade grand final.
"The offer has been made by Wests Entertainment Group to play our grand final here at Scully Park," Psarakis said.
"There are a few boxes to tick before that happens but, again, that will be brought up on Sunday at our meeting and we'll see what the reaction is by the clubs."
Laing said there was the potential to play regular season games at Scully Park as well but that was another discussion to be had with clubs.
Scully Park has hosted a range of sports over the past few years and Laing said WEG were interested in hosting more if an agreement can be made.
"This particular facility is second to none, particularly here in the North West," he said.
"To have the New England Rugby Union grand final here is testament to this facility and we know Wests Tigers call it their home ground at least once per season.
"It's a good facility and we would only be too happy to discuss with Group 4 about the grand final being played here at Scully Park
"The WEG 9s proved very successful and we know the players would look forward to playing on this facility."
