The mobile preschool company has had to run its Premer service half an hour away with its Spring Ridge service as the old Premer venue became unsuitable.
Now, Liverpool Plains Shire Council (LPSC) has approved Ooranga to run services from the Premer Medical Centre two days a week.
Ooranga executive officer Rebecca Dridan said she was hoping the new location would be ready by next Tuesday.
"We're still working out of a community-based facility, they're all non-purpose built, but it's a much more sustainable space to use as the building isn't falling down so it's going to be a much more pleasant and aesthetically pleasing space for the children," Ms Dridan said.
"It's a great partnership with the [council] and Ooranga, we've worked with them for many years in a number of locations so we're keen to continue that partnership with them."

Ooranga previously used McMaster Hall as the venue for its services in Premer, but because of the poor condition of the building, Ooranga approached the council in November 2020 with a request to lease an area within the medical centre.
In the ordinary council papers, property, lands and insurance coordinator Cindy Teuma wrote "management was agreeable to Oorangas request, noting the community benefit that Oorangas preschool services provides".
"Council officers subsequently consulted with the other users of the Premer Medical Centre, namely the Premer CWA and Hunter New England Health, and have confirmed both are agreeable to Ooranga leasing an area within the Premier Medical Centre building," Ms Teuma said.
Councillors unanimously voted to approve this at the meeting, which LPSC mayor Doug Hawkins was "excellent news".
"It's all been approved and everybody's looking forward to that being in operation and the building being utilised," Cr Hawkins said.
"They were lacking a facility for some time so hopefully that will get them up and running and have a facility to work from."
