After a memorable debut at blindside breakaway in last week's dramatic 16-all draw, the Gunnedah junior will start at No.8 in one of four changes for the second test.

Ned Hanigan comes into the starting side at six, and Brandon Paenga-Amosa at hooker while Queensland Reds duo Liam Wright and Jordan Petaia have been named on the bench.

"We've got a group of 44-men who are all working hard and pushing for selection," Wallabies coach Dave Rennie said.

"We've had massive support from back home and as a team we definitely feel that and it's something we'll draw on on Sunday afternoon."

"We know that New Zealand will step it up another level this weekend, we're excited by the challenge ahead."

Speaking from New Zealand earlier this week, Wilson said the players were disappointed by the draw believing it was a game they should have won and were looking forward to getting another crack at the All Blacks,

"We can't wait for this weekend at Eden Park, obviously they've got their hoodoo there but we're pretty excited to try and break that because we know we've got the team to do it and we've all got belief in each other," he said.

He hasn't played there before but did visit in 2015 on a school cricket tour.
