Gunnedah library has a school holiday program organised for youngsters from toddlers to children up to 12-years-old, so there's something for everyone.
Children up to seven-years-old are catered for on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 10.30am to 11am with stories and handicraft.
Bookings aren't necessary for this program, although social distancing must be maintained. Just come along and enjoy!

Older children, from eight to 12 years, can come along in the afternoons on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and enjoy a selection of creative handcrafts. Bookings are required, and there's also a charge of $3 per child.
Crafty Creations will be held in the town hall at Curlewis on Monday, September 28 from 2pm to 3pm, for children 12 years and under. There's a limit of ten children, a $3 charge, and bookings are essential.
Please ring the library on 6740 2190 to secure a place for your child, for the spring themed school holiday programs.
Plenty of books have also been added to the children's library.

There are also plenty of fiction books. Want to find out how Andy Griffiths and Tim Denton's treehouse books started? Read the books from the humble beginning with The 13-storey treehouse. There's plenty of text in different fonts, cartoon illustrations and information blocks to add fun.
For a hilarious time travel series, try Frankie fish and the sonic suitcase by Peter Hellair or Weird little robots by Carolyn Crimi.
So if your children want to create or read, there's something for everyone at the library.
