The 26-year-old woman and 33-year-old man are being held in custody at the police station after their arrests in raids in Gunnedah on Wednesday.
Strike Force Maroopna homed in on the pair on Wednesday morning after a secret investigation was launched in May this year.
In one raid, a 26-year-old woman was arrested at a home in Bloomfield Street before police uncovered what they allege to be methylamphetamine and cannabis. They also said they found drug paraphernalia, mobile phones, a laptop and a computer.

A second raid was carried out at a home on Porcupine Street where police found what they claim is cannabis seeds, mobile phones and other drug paraphernalia.
A 33-year-old man was arrested there too.
Both were taken to Gunnedah police station and questioned about their alleged involvement.
The woman faces a maximum of 20 years' imprisonment if found guilty of an allegation of supplying prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis.
She's also accused of supplying drugs; dealing with property that is suspected to be the proceeds of crime; two counts of possessing drugs; as well as being an interlock licence holder and not having an approved device installed.
The man is accused of five counts of taking part in the supply of drugs.
Both have been refused bail to front Tamworth Local Court on Thursday.
The Oxley Region Enforcement Squad (RES) has been leading the charge in Strike Force Maroopna, investigating reports of drug dealing across the Gunnedah area.
Officers pounced about 9.30am on Wednesday, backed by Oxley police, as well as the Western Region High Risk Domestic Violence Offender Team and Chifley RES.
Detective Acting Inspector Robert Bevern - who heads up the enforcement squads - said investigations are continuing as part of Striek Force Maroopna.
"We will continue to target those who supply these illegal substances in our community," he said.
"To assist us in doing this, we need the public's help. If you have information that can help with our investigations, we would like to speak with you. Your information will be treated in strict confidence."
