The school beat out the competition to win $3000 to go towards upgrading playground equipment and adding new toys and items to the school's sensory room.

School P&C treasurer Rebecca Gander said the funding would make a big difference to the students' environment.
"This is an amazing win for the kids and will enable us to provide them with specialised equipment that best serves their needs," she said.
"These students face many challenges so it's nice for them to be able to come to school where they can enjoy an inclusive education no matter what their level of ability is.
"There's something for everyone to enjoy and this new play and sensory equipment will provide huge benefits to their learning experience."
Greater Bank regional manager Jennifer Smith said she was "thrilled" that the funding was going to "such a worthwhile organisation as G S Kidd Memorial School who provide students with quality learning in a stimulating and supportive environment".
The Country Education Foundation and Computerbank New England Gunnedah were runners-up and received $1000 each to put towards operational costs.
The August round of the #GreaterNewEngland program is now open and will close at 5pm on August 26.
The Gunnedah & District Pony Club Canteen will vie with Tamworth Swans Netball Club, Tamworth Physie for this month's funding round.
