Liverpool Plains Shire Council has urged motorists to still drive cautiously where water is still on roads, and to avoid damage caused by the flooding.
Earlier
There have been more updates on roads in the Liverpool Plains shire, with some now re-opened but others added to the list of roads that are closed.
As Wednesday, the Gap Road has been re-opened as well as Warrah Creek Road, Swinging Ridges Road, Chilcotts Creek Road and Borambil Creek Road.
Slacksmiths Lane and Johns Road are now closed, though.
Pollocks Lane and Lindermans Lane remain closed.

It comes after weekend rain caused localised flooding over roads. More than 33mm of rain has been recorded in Werris Creek since Saturday and more than 30mm in Quirindi.
Gunnedah received about 15mm during the heaviest periods.
