It comes one day after a 10-year-old boy suffered critical injuries on Moree on Saturday after coming off his motorbike.
The 13-year-old boy was travelling at 80km when he hit a barbed wire fence on a property in Carroll on Sunday.
Around 1.20pm the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was sent to the property, and ASNSW Paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team treated and stabilised him.
He suffered multiple injuries including severe lacerations.
The boy was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
It was the second motorbike accident the Westpac chopper was sent to on the weekend.
