Spring Ridge residents will be pleased to know two new fences have been built in the town.
The $77,969 project to erect a fence around the Spring Ridge Oval and a boundary fence between the oval and Spring Ridge Country Club has been completed by Liverpool Plains Shire Council.
The project was undertaken following consultation with the Spring Ridge community.
It was made possible by the council's successful funding application through the NSW Government's Stronger Country Communities fund.
It was facilitated by Upper Hunter MP Michael Johnsen.
More information about the Stronger Country Communities fund can be found via the state government website at https://www.nsw.gov.au/improving-nsw/regional-nsw/regional-growth-fund/stronger-country-communities/
