With new laws shutting down cafes, registered services clubs, pubs and more, and officials urging people to stay at home and practice social distancing, many residents are turning to home delivery or takeaway options.
For the staff at Gunnedah Meals on Wheels (MOW), this means more locals to deliver frozen meals to.

MOW president Colleen Fuller said the group was following health advice to keep both MOW volunteers and clients safe.
She urged residents who wanted meals delivered to call the office rather than visit in person. Clients can organise to pick up their meals at the office, though.
"We want to make sure that at all times, if they're sick at home they ring us so we know and we can put things in place to help them," Mrs Fuller said.
"We just want everyone to stay safe, stay well and isolate."
Mrs Fuller said many Gunnedah residents have also put their hands up to volunteer with the organisation.
"There's a lot of people offering to drive ... I've got to get them signed up which is going to take time," she said.
Any elderly residents who wish to sign up for Meals on Wheels deliver must be on the government's My Aged Care system.
"It can take up to 8-10 weeks to get people to signed up, but we have been instructed to give them the meals and then we'll sign them up," Mrs Fuller said.
Locals interested in volunteering can contact either Gunnedah Meals on Wheels on 6742 4858 or Colleen Fuller on 0429 420 290.
