Students attended North West Zone Regional swimming in Armidale on Thursday, nine of which were successful in qualifying to represent the north west at the state finals in Sydney on April 1-3.
This also includes representatives for the girls 100m freestyle relay.
- Qualifying students include:
- Katie Martin - Qualified for the 50m Freestyle + 100m Freestyle Relay.
- Ella Worley - Qualified for the 100m Freestyle Relay.
- Bella Pollard - Qualified for 100m Butterfly, 50m, 100m and 200m Freestyle, 100m Breaststroke, 100m Backstroke, 200m Individual Medley, 400 Individual Medley.
- Oliver Bratley - Qualified for 100m Breaststroke
- Sam Avard - Qualified for the 50m Freestyle.
- Annabelle Avard - Qualified 100m Butterfly, 50m, 100m, 200m Freestyle, 100m Backstroke and 100m Breaststroke + 100m Freestyle Relay.
- Hayley Morris - 100m Freestyle Relay.
- Keenan Davis - Qualified for 100m Breaststroke.
- Harry Bartholomew - Qualified for 100m Backstroke.

Bella also set a new record for the 100m Butterfly with a time of 1.12.26 beating the previous record of 1.13.36.
"I'm happy to have made to the next stage," she said.
Congratulations to all students who competed on the day and best wishes to all state qualifiers.
Several students also qualified for the Arinya Zone U-15 touch football sides, and attended the North West U15 touch football trials on Monday at Inverell.
Students were supervised by Steph Halpin from Tamworth High School.
