Sunday is Clean Up Australia Day and once again, Gunnedah Urban Landcare Group (GULG) is leading the way.
The volunteer group is urging locals to come along to the rotunda at Wolseley Park from 7am to register and find out where they can make a start.

GULG member George Truman said participants need to wear covered footwear and bring their own gloves.
If needles are found, Mr Truman advises participants not to touch them, just to report their location.
Rubbish bags can be left at the sites participants clean up and GULG will collect them later in the day.
"The beauty of it is that it's a national event, and it's making a difference," Mr Truman said.
"Come along and do what you can. As individuals we can make quite an impact."
