The RMS, through JobLink Plus, will host four events from February 12-13 for both older road users and drivers who will be teaching new learners how to drive.
JobLink Plus driver training program manager Richelle Bukovac said the Road Safety for Older Road Users workshop focused on pedestrian safety, health changes affecting driving ability, and licensing changes.

She said the Helping Learner Drivers Become Safer Drivers workshop was designed to help the parents or supervisors of learner drivers.
"It's developed to help them teach with confidence so they can stay safe on the road, how to correctly use the log book and reminding them there's now a log book app ... little things they should know when teaching their learners," Ms Bukovac said.
"It will also show how to provide constructive feedback which learners may not take on board."
Learner drivers are also welcome to attend these workshops.
