Black 'N' Blue Boxing member Enja Prest said the cause was something the entire club was passionate about.
"Everyone is 100 per cent behind the cause," Prest told the Namoi Valley Independent.
"The session will include basic boxing techniques, how to warm up like a boxer and there will be a body weight workout.
"It kicks off at 7am, adults are $20, kids are $10 and all of the proceeds raised will go to the local RFS."
Prest said she was hopeful the club would have "a great turnout" for the event.
"We're expecting at least 20 of our members, but more are always welcome," she said.
"The session only goes for an hour but people are encouraged to drop by, even if it's just to drop in for a sausage or to donate.
"All the money is going to a good cause, so it will be good to see a lot of people there."
The session will act as further preparation for the club's upcoming fight night on April 18.
"The fight night is rapidly approaching and should be a lot of fun," Prest said.
"We will be spreading the word about the fight night over the coming weeks."
