STAR of the hit television show Travel Guides and former Gunnedah resident Stacey Wilburn has helped raise more than $3000 for a local farmer in need.

Ms Wilburn - better known to viewers as "Stack" - auctioned off her 2019 Logies dress during Saturday's Maztec Xtreme Bulls event at the Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre in Tamworth.
The dress was specially made by Tamworth fashion boutique Just Irresistible and also came with a signed photo of Stack and her twin sister Melissa.
Ms Wilburn took to social media to announce her fundraising initiative.
"When I wore this beautiful gown from Just Irresistible Tamworth to the 2019 TV Week Logie Awards, the arrangement was that after it was finished, it was to be auctioned off to a charity," the post read.
"I have held off as [I] was not to sure what charity to choose, but now is the perfect time as our homes are being destroyed buy fire and the worst drought this country has ever seen."
It's believed the funds will go to a family affected by the drought.
