On Tuesday afternoon, Country Sun and Moon Yoga's Craig Studdert hosted kids yoga in the Elysian Performing Arts studio.
Six local kids came along for a zen afternoon, practicing their different poses like tree, cobra, and more.
They also had fun using the musical instruments Mr Studdert brought along.
There is plenty more planned for local kids before school goes back, too. View all of the options on the program via the council's website.
