The Newell Highway, near Ten Mile Lane at Bellata, still has intermittent closures after a B-double crash on Friday morning.
The intermittent closure has been put in place to clean up the scene and salvage the truck.
The 35-year-old male driver of the truck has no injuries and didn't require an ambulance.
Northbound lanes were closed on the road about 5.30am, which then downgraded to stop-slow traffic conditions at 6am.
Meanwhile, both lanes of the Oxley Highway at Marys Mount Road near Gunnedah were closed off about 6.30am after a car crashed into a tree an hour earlier.
A 22-year-old male involved in the crash had abrasions, and another 47-year-old female patient had right-sided chest pains and lower back pains. The woman was taken to Tamworth hospital for treatment in a stable condition.
The highway was then reopened about 7am.
