Locals can bring along picnic rugs and chairs and set up on Wolseley oval for a night of entertainment.

Talent on show will include Gunnedah Shire Band, Plains Pipes and Drums, St Xavier's Primary School, St Mary's College, Gunnedah High School, Carinya Christian School and Gunnedah Conservatorium's Tammy Clark.
The Rotary Club of Gunnedah West will fire up the barbecue and serve up sausage sandwiches and Santa will hand out lolly bags to the kids. Glowsticks will also be available for purchase.
The event will start at 6.30pm and the fireworks display will go off at about 9pm.
The carols are hosted by the Gunnedah Ministers Fraternal and president Scott Dunlop said lots of different community groups worked together to make it a great night during the festive season.
- Wolseley Park is an alcohol-free zone.
- If the carols are washed-out, the event will be postponed until Sunday, December 8.
