The hungry hordes can snap up a free sausage sanga from 6.30pm and the carols will follow at 7.30pm.
Highlights for kids include rides on the miniature trains, a puppet show and lollies.
The annual event will be hosted by the Quirindi Ministers Fraternal and led by Harvest Church.
Harvest Churchs Wayne Nichols said the carols event reminded the community of its Christian heritage and how people came to celebrate the birth of Jesus as recorded in the Bible.
Mr Nichols said the community event was something for the whole family.
"It's a great time for family and children to celebrate Christmas together," he said.
"Everyone need their spirits lifted during times of drought and the message of Christmas can surely do that.
"Prayer will also be given to see this drought broken."
