Walhallow and Blackville schools will also take part by visiting one of the hosting schools.
A few days later on October 25, a large party from Blacktown, including council staff and school students, will arrive and the welcome at the Rural Heritage Village Café at 3pm will include a haka.
On Saturday, October 26, Rap4Change will perform at 9am, the youth forum will kick off at 9.15am, David Cazalet will perform an Elvis concert at 11am and Jay Laga'aia will entertain families with a live children's show at 2pm.
The Hangi dinner at the Royal Theatre starts at 6.30pm and includes musical performances by Jackson Worley, Emma Percy and Indiah Nean.
"At this event, Liverpool Plains residents get together with our friends from Blacktown to enjoy this fun, social evening which includes the traditional Maori hangi dinner, entertainment, foods of the world plus showcase performances and special guest, well-known TV personality Jay Laga'aia," Liverpool Plains shire mayor Andrew Hope said.
Sample food from the Philippines will be on offer ahead of the main dinner.
"In addition, we'll be taking our visitors on a farm tour for them to see first-hand how the drought is ongoing and impacting the region, plus taking them to Windy Woolshed to show them how agritourism is being developed in the shire," Cr Hope said.
"The Liverpool Plains shire community looks forward to being able to share this weekend with our friends from Blacktown, to be able to thank them for the phenomenal kindness and generosity they've shown to us during the drought crisis and enjoying a great time."
