Get Online Week kicks off more than 1000 events taking place around the country to provide support for people, whether they've never been online before, or can do a little but wish to do more..
On October 15, Digital IQ will deliver a "Digital Germinator" workshop at Gunnedah Community College from 7.30am.
The workshop is designed to bring community together to explore digital tools, ideas, trends and opportunity for collaboration.

"We're busy connecting families, friends and developing digital ideas, to empower country communities," volunteer digital mentor Derek Tink said.
"This event seeks to connect one-on-one digital mentoring partnerships, where potentially a 'digitally keen gun' youth will be partnered up with an 'experienced accomplished guru' towards providing mutually beneficial support."
As well as this, the college will also host a Get Online Morning Tea on October 17 to help locals over the age of 50 improve their technology skills.
Held from 10.30am-11.30am, attendees will meet up with a digital mentor and can chat about going online or signing up for a free one-on-one support session to build their skills up.
"As government and corporate services increasingly move online, whether you want to pay bills, connect with support or engage with family and friends, digital skills are important," Mr Tink said.
"Digital literacy is essential for our regional communities, particularly for people seeking employment, connecting with new ideas or staying connected to loved ones."
