Based in Sydney, the event will also have market stalls, rides for kids, and live music.
Event manager Anna Demasi said people in Gunnedah would "love it".
"It'll be great for them and the town. It's great for the town in general in that we stay in the local hotels, we use local staff, and we have local vendors," Ms Demasi said.
Ms Demasi is putting out a call to all retail stores, food stores, and musicians in the Gunnedah shire to get involved with the market.
"We'd love local vendors to get in contact ... we really want to get everyone on board with this," she said.
She said the event was also great during the drought period because it brought money into town.
"We don't use water on sight and a lot of the food is prepared without water," the manager said.
"We charge a $2 entry fee per person and donate some proceeds to Rural Aid, so we're giving back."
