Held at Gunnedah Health and Fitness Co, six locals donned their boxing gloves and pads for an hour of throwing punches.
The class was run by trainer Enja Prest, who ensured all participants worked up a sweat.

Participants worked on their punches, but also worked on their general fitness, with drops, rolls, squats and more incorporated into the exercises.
The activity was part of Gunnedah Shire Council's school holiday program.
Many more activities will be held before the end of the school holidays, including teen yoga, dragon themed craft, the Gunnedah Art Showcase, and neon bubble soccer.
