Golden Guitar winner Fanny Lumsden is bringing her Country Halls Tour to the community hall on October 12 and 150 tickets have already sold.
P&C member and pre-school mum Pippi Beer successfully applied for a Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network Empowering Communities Grant in March to enable the group to host the concert to funds for the town's Ooranga pre-school.
"The Spring Ridge community is right behind the concert ... [and Fanny Lumsden's] recent position of number one on the Country Music Chart certainly has excited those who are coming," she said.
"Tickets are selling quickly. There is a discounted price on pre-purchased tickets so I encourage people to go online to purchase their tickets rather than purchasing them on the door on the night of the concert."
Liverpool Plains shire mayor Andrew Hope said it was "an affordable, fun and family-friendly night out" and freedom camping was available for an overnight stay.
"This upcoming event is another great example of the spirit and initiative shown by our communities that make me so proud to be mayor of the shire," he said.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children and under 5 are free. Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketebo.com.au/fannylumsden/country-halls-tour-spring-ridge.html or at the door. A bar and meals will be available for additional cost. Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 6.30pm.
