St Mary's College in Gunnedah saw their senior students off with some fun and games on Thursday.

Student Hayden Baker admitted steeping into the next stage was a little daunting.

"It is a bit scary, it hasn't really sunk in yet that we are not going to have to go to school anymore," he said.
"Growing up with everyone and not seeing them everyday, that will probably be [the scariest thing]."
Ryan Wheatland shared a similar sentiment.
"It is good and scary at the same time," he said.
"You have been doing this for the past 13 years of your life, it is pretty much just all you know.
"It is going to be different to go out there and do more things for yourself."
Waving goodbye to their schooling years might be cause for fright, but the actual work of year 12 wasn't pressurised as you'd think.
They know what they're in for from the start and the students said it was important not to leave study until the final weeks.
"If you put the work in, it is not that much harder," Tom Maher said.
While there would be a range of emotions for the year 12 cohort on its last day, there was consensus on their first deed once the exams are done.
"Go to the pub".
The mercy day also served as a fundraiser.
