Organisers say this year was one of the "smoothest" they've had, with dancers needing to have their music organised and ready to go prior to performing.
"All the music was emailed in before the weekend so we had it all sorted in order ready to go," eisteddfod co-convener Amelia Gallagher said.
"We didn't have to collect CDs or anything like that [either] so it made it run much ... smoother."

Ms Gallagher said Friday and Saturday "were huge, almost 12 hour days" but it was still "very successful".
"They were big days but everyone was really patient and understanding and we got through [the performances]," she said.
This year, Sydney's Paul Kemp was the adjudicator for the eisteddfod, which Ms Gallagher said "was amazing".
"He was so encouraging to not only just the younger kids, under six years and under eight years, but also the open age and the all-comers," the co-convener said.
"He was so impressed with our eisteddfod and how it was run that he was considering bringing his school down from Taree to compete."
The adjudicator has worked with Danni Minogue, Kerri-Anne Kennelly, Bert Newton, Heath Ledger, Human Nature and many others during his career, and has worked in cruise ship productions on numerous cruise liners.
He is also an experienced choreographer, who has been the artistic director for many performances.
Kids from Li'l Achievers Early Learning Centre Gunnedah performed for Mr Kemp, who "loved them". The little ones won first place with 99 marks.
Dance teacher Rhana from Rhana's Academy of Dance also won first place with 99 marks in the all-comers section.
This section is designed for the dance teachers and choreographers who wish to perform in the eisteddfod.
The eisteddfod saw dancers visit town from Tamworth, Inverell, Narrabri and even Singleton.
Representatives from Gunnedah's dance schools Elysian Performing Arts, T2K Dance, and Rhana's Academy of Dance were also in attendance.
