Taking on minor premiers North Companions, FC were unable to make an early impression on the game, as both sides went into half-time at nil all.
However, a double from Rob Prior and a sealer from Duncan Thompson was enough to see FC across the line 3-0.
The win marked FC's first premiership since 2016, after the side lost back-to-back grand finals to Quirindi FC in 2017 and 2018.

FC coach Andy Cygan said he was pleased with his side's ability to "stick to the game plan".
"At half-time, our main message was to just keep doing what we were doing because we thought, aside from the first 10 minutes, we were on top for most of the game," Cygan said.
"As well as that, we told our guys to just look for our strikers and that was what they did."
Cygan said his side's previous grand final heartache was motivation for Saturday's victory.
"It just feels good that the effort the entire club has put in has payed off like this," he said.
"I think we really deserved it this year, so I am just blown away."
Cygan said he was hopeful the side could retain many of its younger players.
"I think there's a few guys who might think about hanging up the boots, but we will cross that bridge when we come to it.
"For now, I think we will celebrate this victory long and hard."
Earlier in the evening, FC also tasted reserve grade success when their side proved too good for South Lightning.
Playing with only 10 on the park, Cygan stood up for his side, kicking a hat-trick on the way to a 5-2 victory.
"The whole club has put in a big effort all season, so for both sides to win in front of a crowd of our supporters is just fantastic," Cygan said.
"It's been a great season and I can't think of a better way to cap it off."
