A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a car crash between Quirindi and Werris Creek on Tuesday morning.

Emergency services were called to reports a car had run off the roadway on Werris Creek Road, near the intersection of Taylor's Lane, at Quipolly, shortly after 6am.
Ambulance NSW said paramedics arrived on scene to find a single vehicle had rolled, about 5km north of Quirindi.
Paramedics treated a 41-year-old woman who suffered neck and shoulder injuries.

An Ambulance NSW spokesperson said crews took spinal precautions and stretchered the woman to a waiting ambulance.
She was taken to Tamworth hospital in a stable condition.
Police and RFS crews were also called to the scene.
Investigations into the circumstances leading up to the crash are continuing.
