The stand, located at site E-F/16-17, is a one-stop-shop for a range of services and programs available to help landholders.
NSW DPI deputy director general Kate Lorimer-Ward said the NSW Rural Assistance Authority and Rural Financial Counsellors would be at the site ready to lend a hand.
"Young farmers are encouraged to come and find out about the great opportunities available to ... enter into or expand their existing business through the Young Farmers Business Program," Ms Lorimer-Ward said.

Ms Lorimer-Ward said visitors to the stand could also speak to fisheries officers for information about "recreational fishing rules and regulations including bag limits, some size limits and fishing methods".
With pasture dieback widespread in Queensland, NSW DPI staff will also highlight what graziers should look for and discuss biosecurity strategies for their properties.
LLS staff will also be ready to provide information on drought management, agricultural matters, livestock assistance, pest, disease and weed control at the stand.
"I encourage farmers to talk to the experts and find out how they can prepare and prevent plant biosecurity risks on their property," LLS team leader Dale Kirby said.
"While conditions are tough at the moment, we want to assist landholders as best we can to plan for a healthy, sustainable future."
The Rural Relief Precinct and the Agriculture, Innovation, and Marketing (AIM) Centre are new additions to this year's AgQuip event and will feature a variety of service providers ready to give those in need assistance.
The relief precinct will offer lifesaving preventative health and safety information, rural aid, food parcels and on-site help to apply for drought relief assistance.
The AIM Centre will offer those struggling with the ongoing drought free workshops and seminars on mental health, general health, rural relief funding, and more.
The NSW DPI-GRDC Grower Forum will be held on Wednesday 21 August from 7.30am to 9.00am to give growers, agronomists and industry the chance to explore timely and relevant grains research.
For those interested in attending the forum, contact Liz Tydd on (02) 6763 1454.
Entrance gates to AgQuip are open from 9am-5pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and on Thursday from 9am-4pm and AIM Centre sessions start at 10am daily.
