Last time the two sides met the Rovers shocked them 2-nil.
FC granted were understrength that day. As skipper Matt Williams recalled they were missing a number of first grade regulars and only had four fresh players.
"Still I thought they brought a better game.
"We were run all over the park," Williams said.
"It was a pretty tough game."
He said they certainly won't be underestimating the Tamworth side, especially after they pushed competition leaders North Companions recently, going down by only a goal, and highlighted their defence as being one of the keys to victory on Saturday.

"It's what's won us plenty of games in the past," he said.
If they can get that right it will go a long way towards winning them the game.
"Other than that.. feeding our strikers as best we can," Williams said.
They did that well against Kootingal on Saturday, creating a lot of early chances.
"That is something we have picked up the last few weeks," he said.
"It was something that was lacking the last time we played them (Hillvue). Our strikers hardly saw the ball."
After picking up two wins on the weekend and snapping a two game losing run, he has felt the mood lift.
"Everyone is pretty keen to finish the season strong and get into a good position," Williams said.
Currently third, Williams conceded first is probably out of the question, but second is mathematically a reality. A loss on Saturday though would likely see those hopes evaporate.
