The show focused on being safe around others and strangers, and students even got to have a little dance with the cast afterwards.
As well as this, K/1R are currently hatching eggs. The class has 18 eggs in the school's incubator, and the eggs should be hatching in about three weeks.
Lisa Mills and her family sourced the eggs for the class, and Jade Punch lent her incubator to help them out.
Quirindi High School's talented dance students have been hard at work prepping for their upcoming performance.
The troupe will strut their stuff as part of the Massed Dance at this year's CAPERS event, which will be held in Tamworth on November 8 and 9.
Teachers Mrs Hinsley and Miss Stock have taught the students the moves and discussed preparation for this year's performance theme 'Carnivale'.
"We have a great group of enthusiastic dancers for this year's event," Mrs Hinsley said.
"CAPERS offers the region's school students the chance to [take] the stage, many of them for the first time."
Pursehouse Rural's Davin Goodwin and Agracom's Bree Gowland also visited the school to present a cheque for the 2019 Presentation Day.
Quirindi High's captains Angus Nicholls and Bridget Swain and vice captains Josie Saunders and Josh Redgrove accepted the cheque on behalf of the school.
"We are very appreciative of the donation to assist the school. Funds from this donation will be used to purchase 'Shop Locally Vouchers' - that will be given to acknowledge student achievements on the day," Bridget Swain said.
Bree Gowland said the two companies were "delighted to give back to the region that gives so much to our businesses and to assist in the development of youth".
