The kids leapt and bound over punching bags to land kicks, and were encouraged to be as loud as possible.
Parents looked on, cheering and encouraging the children to do their very best to complete the moves.
The workshop was held as part of Gunnedah Shire Council's school holiday program. A teenage workshop for 12-18 year olds was also held straight after from 11am-12pm.
More activities will be held over the rest of the July school holidays, and the full program can be found on the Gunnedah Shire Council Facebook page.
