The Roos set the tone for the day at Jubiliee Oval by scoring a 16-4 win over the Narrabri Blues.
Ashlee Haire celebrated her 50th game for the club in style by scoring one of her side's four tries for the game.

Playing host to the Manilla Tigers at Kitchener Park, the Bulldogs proved too strong keeping the Tigers scoreless.
Jacqui Jones starred for the home side, scoring a hat trick of tries in the 32-0 win.
Piper Rankmore, Maddy Buhagiar and Nautica Eather also scored tries in the 32-point win, while Khobi Devine kicked three goals.
The win sees Gunnedah claim outright fourth position on the Group 4 ladder, while the Roos third win for the season sees them sit sixth, a game behind the Werris Creek Magpies.
In the round's other ladies league tag action, Dungowan held on for an 16-14 victory over the Kootingal-Moonbi Roosters, while North Tamworth continued their dominant season with a 60-20 win over the Werris Creek Magpies.
On Sunday, Kootingal-Moonbi made up for their Saturday loss by scoring a 16-4 win over South West Robins.
