Among her haul was the Eileen Scott Cup for the veterans closed scratch champion and the Jubilee Trophy for the closed 36-hole handicap.
Johnston was also second behind overall open champion Breanna Purse in the N&NWLGA closed championship.
She also finished third overall in the open championship with 181 for the 36 holes after firing rounds of 92, which put her fourth after the first day, and a second-best for the day 89 on the second day.
"It was good. I was happy with the way I played," she said.
"I just went there to enjoy myself."
"There were a lot better golfers than me, a lot of lower handicap markers than me. I just kept plodding along."
She did get two birdies in the last nine holes on the second day, which "probably helped me a lot".
The conditions weren't easy, especially on the first day which "was a bit cold and wet".
"It was playing pretty difficult," she said.
Part of a 17-strong Gunnedah contingent, Johnston also combined with Tammy Sheridan, Sally Toppin and Helen Baker to win the Bruce Beveridge Cup.
It is awarded to the best team of four on their combined gross scores on the final day of the individual championships.
Johnston has tasted success at district level at Moree before.
The last time the championships were played at Moree she won the veterans title.
"I enjoy Moree," she said.
"It just suits my game I guess."
"You've got to think a little bit around Moree."
"There's a lot of dog-legs. You can't just slog the ball all day."
"You've got to place your shots."
She said the Jubilee trophy was a "pretty nice one to win".
"Being a lower marker it is pretty satisfying," she said.
Johnston went straight from Moree to Bonville, where she teamed up with Coonabarabran's Jane McWhirter at the Bonville Ladies Classic.
They finished third for the second straight year.
"This is our third time. We play the North & North Western championships and then go over there to Bonville," Johnston said.
She will be chasing more silverware at Quirindi later this month, when Gunnedah face Tamworth in a match-play for the Thacker Salver.
