Wilson will wear the six against Italy in Argentina on Tuesday night(Australian time) as the Aussies look to build on their impressive Oceania campaign, where they sealed an historic triumph with a 24-nil win over New Zealand.
Wilson, who is part of the Queensland Reds wider training squad, started in two of the three games.
"We've named a strong side ahead of our first match of the championship, with the boys looking forward to their first hit-out over here," Junior Wallabies head coach Jason Gilmore said.
