Organisers limited the inaugural event's ticket sales to only 100, but many more people were on the waiting list to attend.
The event, held at Gunnedah Showground, showcased producers from within 100 miles of Gunnedah, and included companies such as Gunnedah's Oakleigh Pasture Pork, Kelvin's Birrawa Honey, and Nundle's Arc-En-Ciel Trout Farm.

Gunnedah Show Society president Rob Witts said it had been a "huge success".
"It was a success for the producers of the food because they were able to network with some potential clients and marketers, and members of the public enjoyed the experience of the food and alcohol locally produced," Mr Witts said.
"Hearing the stories of the producers was unique and important to the diners, too."
Guests were treated to a number of delicious dishes, all using products solely from within the region, from cheese boards for entrees to citrus cake for dessert. In between, dishes were washed down with wine and craft beer from the region.
Event organiser Ali Chaffey said she would love for it to be held again.
"I think there's every reason to do it again; there's so much interest from the community and producers," Ms Chaffey said.
"Next time something like this is run, hopefully the list of producers is twice as long."
