Gunnedah's volunteer RSPCA branch, Gunnedah Pet Vet, Gunnedah Veterinary Hospital and Gunnedah Saleyards Veterinary Clinic will all be on hand to help.
"We're excited, obviously, to have another program like this and hoping people will participate and practise pet ownership," Gunnedah RSPCA volunteer Maddison Lawback said.
"All three vets are participating and are donating their time so that's really nice."
The deal is available to locals with a pensioner or health care card, which must be presented on the day.
Dogs must be on leads and cats must be in carriers.
Mr Lawback said bookings were appreciated on the RSPCA vaccination line (0432 884 400).
"We're trying to get people to book in to make it a smoother process," she said.
