Mrs Neale, the mastermind behind Reverence Sourdough, said she was excited to show off her passion.
"Good sourdough and preservative- and chemical-free food are options that should be available out here and not at a huge price," Mrs Neale said.
"I've spent a lot of time in cities and they have so much choice and variety for good-quality food, and I felt it was good for me to make good-quality artisan sourdough [and] bring those options to the country."
The one-woman machine said her favourite way to eat her sourdough was by serving it with smashed avocado, eggs and some lemon on the side.
Oakleigh Pasture Pork's Jack Hewitt found it difficult to decide on just one favourite dish using his free-range pork.
"With pork, you can do anything with any part of the animal; it's the most versatile animal," Mr Hewitt said.
"You can do chops, bacon, pork belly, ham, leg roast, mince, sausages ... but it's hard to go past a rolled loin roast."
The Gunnedah farmer said he was "really looking forward" to the long lunch event.
"It's a perfect springboard to showcase our producers ... how passionate they are and the quality of the products they produce," he said.
"[But] it's not just about what we do; it's different to the factory-produced supermarket food. When [customers] seek out local producers, that money stays in the town."
Co-founder and brewer of The Welder's Dog, Phil Stevens, also said he was excited for the event.
"There's not enough local events that showcase local produce, so as soon as I heard about it I was keen to put my hand up and get involved," Mr Stevens said.
"There should be more events like this in the New England area."
The Armidale-based brewer said all base malt for The Welder's Dog brews came from a single property in Wee Waa.
"We pride ourselves on sourcing as much ingredients for our beers as locally as possible ... and we're keen to get that message across," he said.
The Gunnedah Paddock to Plate 100 Mile Long Lunch will be held at Gunnedah Showground on May 26.
