The event is being organised by North West Local Landcare's Lana Andrews and Ali Chaffey, alongside Gunnedah Urban Landcare Group and Gunnedah Show Society.
Ms Chaffey said the event was all about showcasing local produce.
"It's about highlighting the ways producers are changing to seasonal and market demands, and hearing that paddock-to-plate story and how their businesses are evolving," Ms Chaffey said.
"You can see and know for certain its source of origin - where it was grown, what farm it came from, who the farmers are."
It's about connecting with the produce and the people who are farming and producing it.

Ms Chaffey said this was the first time Landcare was hosting the event in Gunnedah, and hopefully it would come back again.
"Hopefully it sets a precedent to do something more often, because it's a nice thing to be doing," she said.
"It should be a good community event and an opportunity for people to get together."
Organisers received $5000 in funding to run the event through the federal government's National Landcare Regional Land Partnerships program.
Tickets are available online via Sticky Tickets and cost $60 per person. The event is for people aged 18-plus and will run from noon to 4pm at the Gunnedah Showgrounds grandstand.
