Redgrove will represent the zone in both the pairs and singles at the carnival to be held on the South Coast in June.
It is the first time the QHS vice-captain has been selected to compete in the singles and pairs.
No stranger to wearing North West colours, he has made the fours side for the last three years. Redgrove is still waiting to learn if he will be part of the fours team again this year.
"It's good to get out a give it a go, I haven't nominated for the pairs or singles before and decided to give it a go in this my final year at high school so I'm thrilled to get to represent the North West," an elated Redgrove said.
He continued he loves the sport for the focus it offers him as well as the social outlet it gives in the sport he excels at.
