"On Saturday there will [also] be a tug-o-war, tyre and tractor pull, helmet and rolling pin tossing, and a cricket challenge between [the bikers] and the locals," event organiser Ceejay Canham said.
"In the marquee we'll have raffles and auctions until 8pm and then a live band from 8pm-midnight."
Mr Canham said locals have beat the bikers in challenges in previous years, and it created some healthy competition.
Entry is $25 for those attending the whole weekend, and a gold coin donation for the Saturday alone. All proceeds will go to the Kids with Cancer Foundation.
Cars, campers and motorcycles are all welcome, and free camping is available. A free breakfast is also available on the Saturday and Sunday for the bikers.
