Ted Sheedy, Jake Hope, Cooper Whitton, Jimmy Grant, Jacob Smith, Harrison Law, Lucas Grosser and Brock Jensen had the opportunity to play at half-time of last Saturday's Newcastle Jets v Central Coast Mariners A-League clash.
The youngsters took to the pitch alongside other juniors from around the state in a showcase match.

As well as taking the field, the group also got the chance to watch their A-League heroes in action.
Gunnedah FC president Lindsay Sheedy said the game was the "experience of a lifetime" for the group.
"It was such a good opportunity for these kids," Sheedy said.
"They had a ball and it really is a good-news story for our club.
"Things have been a bit tough for everyone in our area with the drought, so for something like this to come along is great."
