THE region's rev heads are gearing up for one of the most anticipated events on the Weeks of Speed program.
Gunnedah will play host to the NSW twin car championships on Saturday night.
The event will feature some of the state's best drivers battling it out in a number of categories.
Included in the program are feature races such as the NSW junior sedan championships.
